All The Kit
All The Kit are a sound, lighting and events company established in 2007, based just next door to the Woods at Oakley outside of Salisbury. They’ve been involved in pretty much every wedding so far in the woods and we absolutely love them! Being neighbours, they know the woods so well and love to add a few special touches to enhance the celebrations. They have a wide range of stretch tents that fit perfectly amongst the trees which they can furnish and light to suit your style. If you are planning on entertaining your guests they have an exciting range of sound systems and when the music has to stop at 11pm you can put on your headphones and continue dancing with our silent disco! Pop in and see them when you visit the woods – they would love to hear your plans and to offer you a discount.
Ecotipis
Ecotipi Events is run by Alex, Jamie and Liz, three long term friends who got together looking for a change in career. Being a young company, they aim to please with a simple, can-do attitude. They also want to make your event as effortless as possible, by providing not only the tipis, but also tables, benches, chairs, bars, dance floors, lighting, stage, walkways, festoon lighting and decorative barrels. You really can create whatever you heart desires! Their friendship with the Woods at Oakley began a few years ago. They were putting their tipis up just down the road and popped over to see what all the talk was about, and the rest is history. It was clear to see our values and beliefs were aligned! Occasions Marquees
Occasions Marquees is a family-run business, specialising in frame and clearspan marquees since 1995. Based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, they are ideally situated for the southern and home counties. They like to invite their clients out, when possible, to view our marquees on site. This enables you to meet them, observe how they work and see what they offer.
The Merry Mule Bar
The Merry Mule is a vintage horse trailer that has been beautifully restored and converted into a fabulous bar. They also have a compact pop up bar which is perfect for inside a marquee, tipi or stretch tent. They can offer a General Bar, Prosecco, Gin, or Cocktail Bar, but their speciality is their Jam Jar cocktails, created before your eyes. They source fresh, local and in season ingredients and use local brewers. They love working with wedding couples to make a menu to suit you and your tastes. Copper Still Bar
After attending a lovely wedding at The Woods at Oakley in 2024, we very quickly became their favourite venue! Their beautifully restored horsebox bar comes fully stocked with an array of hand selected drinks from local craft ales and ciders to a vast selection of premium gins. They love to create a bespoke drinks menu for couples to have their favourite drinks on their special day. They can cater for a full day, from welcoming everyone with a glass of bubbles to a last drink at the end of the night! They also have barrels serving prosecco on tap available to hire. Or you can hire them without the prosecco as extra tables for your reception.
Sweet Peach Cake Studio
Sweet Peach Cake Studio is a small, independent business, creating artistic and delicious vegan and ‘free-from’ wedding cakes and dessert tables to help you connect and celebrate together. Helen’s passion for baking began after both of her daughters were diagnosed with a milk allergy. This led to a desire to develop a range of delicious, allergy friendly cakes, where no-one could tell the difference from a ‘normal’ cake and everyone could enjoy the centrepiece. After all, no one should feel left out at a party! After extensive training in free-from baking, a certificate in plant-based patisserie with Le Cordon Bleu Cookery School, further allergy training and a 5* hygiene rating, she is proud to be baking naturally inclusive, spectacular cakes that can be enjoyed by everyone. When it comes to design, Helen like to focus on a simple, understated and relaxed style which is often inspired by the beauty of the natural world. I offer a creative, warm and professional service, listening carefully to your brief to ensure you are thrilled with your finished cake. She looks forward to creating a show stopping cake that will capture the beauty of the woods, the love of your marriage and can be enjoyed by all your loved ones on your special day.
Jade’s Green Kitchen

Rhubarb and Ginger
Rhubarb and Ginger pride themselves on creating beautiful, unique and show stopping Grazing Tables and Sharing Platters for events. Providing catering with the WOW factor for all celebrations, from small intimate gatherings to large banquets. They will curate a stunning culinary display that reflects the style, tone and theme of your event, leaving your guests with lasting memories of your woodland wedding. Grazing tables provide the perfect way to cater for all tastes, ages and appetites including guests who are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. There is something for everyone at these feasts! Springhill Florals
Springhill Florals is a floral design studio based near Shaftesbury, Dorset and is owned and run by wedding and events florist Sarah Pettigrew. Sarah loves to work with seasonal British grown flowers and foliage whenever possible, in a loose, natural, sometimes wild style, taking inspiration from nature. Being ever conscious of sustainability she only works with flowers in season and doesn’t use any type of floral foam in her designs. She really enjoys creating floral designs in the Woods at Oakley, taking inspiration from the ancient woodland.
Salisbury Flower Shed
Salisbury Flower Shed is Salisbury’s newest independent florist, run by Sue Ford. In her first year she won ‘Best Florist in Wiltshire’ and ‘Best New Business’ at England’s Business awards 2023. Sue work’s alone, covering all aspects of floristry and every job, no matter how great or small, is individually and uniquely considered to suit your budget.
Robin Goodlad Photography
Robin Goodlad Photography is based in nearby Dorset, and Robin has over 15 years experience in photographing weddings in a subtle, unobtrusive way, observing how the day unfolds to give timeless, authentic and above all genuine photographs of your day. As a keen outdoorsman, Robin has a deep connection with the woods and the environment. Incorporating the landscape and how the light plays through the trees is a big part of Robin’s photographic style. Combine the documentary style with the incorporation of light and the wider landscape, and you have a collection of photos which tell your woodland wedding story perfectly.
Alice Rose Photography
Alice is based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, not far from The Woods at Oakley and being part of such a special day. Her style is natural and candid, and favours bright, light, colourful images. She loves shooting with natural light and outdoor venues. She wants you to remember how you felt on your wedding day when you look back at your photos, not how you were asked to stand, so posing is kept to a minimum and she spends much of the day in the background. Her relaxed and friendly style ensures that you’ll have genuine smiles and emotions and all the day’s candid moments captured beautifully.
Ribble
Ribble – two Northern men, a fiddle, a guitar, and a large beard. So far, so what? Some wrong turns, battle scars earned busking the streets of Salisbury, a barrowload of inane banter and the feeling that your mad rum-soaked uncle is roaring at you to dance on the tables, then you’re getting close to what Ribble offer. For those of you of a more delicate or sophisticated nature, please rest assured they can reign in their more feral impulses to produce a smooth background sound for your wedding. Look at their gig history to see they’ve been very popular on the wedding circuit. You’ll often find them playing in Salisbury if you’d like to see them in action!
Hotrocks
Hotrocks is a wedding and party band, based very locally to The Woods at Oakley (so close that we rehearse at the wonderful facility provided by All The Kit at Oakley Farm in Wiltshire, UK). The band has been together since 2015, and we have played weddings, 40th/50th/60th birthday parties, corporate events, festivals and charity fundraisers. They love to make a wedding very special for everyone there. Their setlist is hugely varied: from the Monkees to Foo Fighters; from Paolo Nutini to The Killers. Wherever possible, they are happy to play particular songs that have a special meaning for you. Do get in touch if there are songs that you really want to have at your wedding. Their package includes a full PA and lighting, so all you have to do is decide on which songs will suit you best.
